When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver..
Step 1. Remove the back cover.

Step 2. Remove the front cover.

Step 3. Lift away the key mat.

Step 4. Remove the six Torx T6 screws.

Step 5. Unlock the clips holding the main modules in the chassis.

Step 6. Disconnect the display connector by prising the modules apart as shown below.

Step 7. The speaker is held in place with double sided sticky foam. You may need to replace this foam if you remove the speaker

Step 8. The microphone can be easily prised out of the shielding, but take care not to damage the sprung contacts.

Step 9. Release the clips on both sides of the display shield.

Step 10. With the clips released, simply lift away the display shield.

Step 11. Use a clean cloth to push the screen out of its frame.

Step 12. Protect the LSD screen with a film or similar.

Step 13. Bend the frame slightly, push the module slightly to the right and then pull it straight up and away.

Step 14. The charging jack can be easily removed from the chassis using tweezers or similar.

Step 15. The vibra motor is held in place by friction and is simply lifted out of the chassis.

Step 16. Remove the release spring before trying to remove the release button.

Step 17. With the spring removed you can pull the release button out of the chassis.

Step 18. Unclip the aerial on both sides and remove it.

Step 19. The Pogo connection pins can be simply pushed out of the chassis.

Step 20. Camera removal. I've included these steps for the sake of completeness, but if you don't have access to the correct tools for the job I'd recommend leaving well alone.

Step 21. Reassembly is a simple matter of reversing the above steps making sure that everything works correctly and that you've caused no damage whilst dismantling the phone.
